most of the requests from the manager relate to handyman repairs. Felix is performing well.
The backlog of repair work has been eliminated and additional staff projects have been performed.
Last fall, staff morale was better than in during the previous 20 years.
For the benefit of the stockholders, keeping the same staff members, being let by Felix, will maintain the high level of performance.
