Michelle Martens to general population.

Michelle Martens let her child be tortured and murdered. In New Mexico the justice system is enormously flawed. This broken system has let Michelle Martens accept a plea deal and will only face 12-15 years in prison. This is unacceptable! There needs to be consequences. Not plea deals and puppies. This petition is to suggest Michelle Martens not be allowed a privilege of solitary time served, but rather to be placed in general population. If the crime was undeserving of life in prison then it was not severe enough to have her placed in solitary.
