Truth what happened in Penn wood Kingstanley

26 years ago today my brother tony alliss was brutally murdered in his woodland at approx 9.35 pm. He was shielding his face with his arms when he was shot dead with both barrels of an unlicensed 12 bore shotgun that had been purchased that day by the lunatic gunman Terence maule. Gloucester constabulary had previously confiscated his shotgun for firing over the heads of a woman and her 8 year old son%2C but in all their wisdom they sometime later gave him his gun and ammunition back. He then went on to hold his gun on a local solicitor and his 4 year old son. On 2 occasions in the dead of night Tony rang the police when maule confronted Tony with his shotgun on Tony%2Cs property. On the one occasion maule fired both barrels over Tony%2Cs head.Tony requested maule be visited and his calls be logged. Nothing was done. 18 days before his death mauled drove at Tony at speed in a lane approaching there properties%2C Tony dived in the hedge to avoid being hit. Tony again rang the police and requested mauled be visited. Again nothing was done. I want to dismiss the myth of a 10 year boundary dispute. Maule had 6 neighbouring properties he attempted to encroach on the boundaries of 4 of them%2C he illegally connected a water supply from the mains water of another %2C and after Tony%2Cs purchase of Penn wood%2C February 1990%2C 5 months before the murder%2C he erected fences through the wood encroaching on Tony s property. This area about quarter of an acre contained valuable beech trees. He was asked verbally and in solicitor s letters to remove his illegal fence and put it back on the true boundary line. Eventually Tony became frustrated because of the cost he was incurring and removed the fence and laid it along the true boundary line. On the third occasion maule his son graig and a third gunman believed to be Steven Smith%2C lay in wait and cold blooded murdered Tony. Terence and graig maule had been driven by Molly maule%2C the wife and mother%2C about half a mile%2C both armed with shotguns and ammunition%2C to the place where they lay in wait. She lied about it in her statement. But was never charged or called to give evidence in court. My nephew Leigh was shot 20 minutes after his dad%2C with the same gun that had been reloaded%2C when he had gone to look for him after hearing gunfire. This shot was fired by the third gunman and the paramedic gave the same description of this man as Leigh. Gloucester constabulary never persued the third gunman. In the criminal trial that took place 11 months later%2C we heard a cock and ball story about a struggle between Tony and Terrence maule %2C both their hands on Terence maules gun%2C but there were no finger or Palm prints of Tony on the gun. Missing from the evidence given at the trial was tonys words taken from their statements%2C you're on my land with guns I am going to get the police%2C and he walked away from them. Neither of the maules gave evidence at the trial and the judge justice scheimann ruled there was insufficient evidence for the jury to be sure there was an agreement to kill and stopped the trial at the end of the prosecution case and directed the jury to acquit and told Terence maule " he could be very proud of his son's actions on that night. One man shot dead and a 14 year old boy shot and injured 20 minutes later with the same gun that had been reloaded. Later that day 24th June 1991 the officer in charge came to our home and said these words " Bob I don't know however you feel but make no mistake they lay in wait and cold bloodedly murdered Tony%2C there was no struggle with a gun if you ever repeat what I say now I will always deny saying it%2C but if it was my brother I would go up and burn the bastards out." My reply was%2C so if there was no struggle why present a case that there was a struggle. It was known at the post mortem in the early hours of the 27th July that Tony was in the pugilistic stance the one we all adopt when we are being attacked. The mortician present told our undertaker this. 3 experts having viewed the photographs of tonys body have all independently said that these are typical self defence wounds. A commander in the met%2C a homicide detective of of over 30 years%2C said that had seen this injury many times. A ballistics expert who carried out test firings in front of officers from Gloucester constabulary proved this and an independent pathologist was appalled at the police investigation and post mortem. Little wonder we are sickened by this corrupt so called criminal justice system. Tony does not rest in peace when scrum have been praised for his murder.
