Help demolish old Florida Law

My ex-girlfriend and I had a child in May of 2014, and he was the center of my universe. In August of 2015, my son's mother and I broke-up, but I was still able to see him and spend time with him. Then seemingly out of nowhere several months later- she stopped allowing me to see my son, and instead claimed her long-estranged (but never divorced) husband was my son's legal father- citing a Florida paternity law passed in the 1990s that gives all paternal rights to the mother's husband. Florida Statute §382.013(2)(a). I am looking to have this law dropped once, and for all, by creating a petition, and getting enough signatures. So father's will have the right to parent their children.
