Demanding madera police department do something about traffic on 4th st

Traffic on E.4th st & B st. Come 6 am cars are speeding through here. Come 3 pm. Cars are racing through here. Kids trying to cross the street to get home. They get half way across the street and cars will not stop to let them finish crossing. There has been numerous bad accidents come Friday & Saturday night. You have cars racing when they get to intersection they try to pass. Made numerous complaints to the police department. But to no avail. They have done nothing. Spoke at neighborhood watch meetings. And still a year later nothing done please help
