Change The Seats Or We Sit!

We The FTCs of Nashville working in tandem with the FLs from the other side of the building demand to be relocated back to the FL side of the room.  This would not only help to build bridges between departments so that we can work as an effective team but would also cut down on calls into FL for assistance.  We feel strongly that this has worked well in the past and that change for the sake of change (which happened when you moved us back) does nothing to further the interests of the business nor does it assist us in our daily work tasks.  If our demands are not met within a reasonable period of time we will be forced to remain at our desks during scheduled working hours and continue to perform our daily duties.  I warn you this will continue until our seats are changed, we will not be moved from our chosen course of action.  Thank you.
