Dental Council of India should set guideline for pay scale for General Dentists

Many dentists across India whether fresher or experienced are being exploited by paying very less salary. Not all but most of the private hospitals and clinics are paying very less salary which is less than or equal to a daily wager. Some dentists are working for RS.100/day. Dentistry is a dignified profession and deserves a decent salary too. If DCI sets a guideline for pay scale for General Dentists according to his capabilities and years of expertise, he/she will work to his full potential. He/she will be moitvated to do good job and years of exploitation will come to an end.
