U.S. Senate voted to kill the legal THC industry

THC is legal. It has been since the 2018 Farm Bill was passed. The Senate is now trying to rewrite history and outlaw a legal industry that employs tens of thousands of hardworking Americans, contributes millions in tax revenue each year, and provides relief that millions rely on.

This fight is not over. The bill has not been sent to the House, which means the battle is still in the Senate. You can still stop this, but you have to act now.

Pressure your Senators to support Senator Rand Paul's minibus amendment, which promotes reasonable regulation on legal THC. Demand that this amendment be brought to the floor for a vote.
