Stop Animal Cruelty

Animal cruelty is an issue in this world. In the Netherlands, it is ranked number four as the top 10 issues of that country. Animals are continuously getting harsh treatment from their owners when they don't deserve it. Many animals are having to get admitted into animal hospitals because of such abuse agaisnt them.
Animal cruelty is at an international level but we should start off small. Make it noticed to the country or even the state. Signing this will encourage people to stop animal abuse and make a difference.
