Compelling the EEOC to actually investigate age discrimination charges against employers

I have become fully aware of the prevalence of age discrimination thanks to having become the victim of discrimination myself at the hands of the last person to which I reported at my last employer, Anthem, the second-largest private healthcare payer in the U.S. whose business depends on serving the public good honestly, ethically, and reliably. Anthem did not investigate the evidence that I had provided to them, but rather elected to reflexively defend my last boss. What is more disturbing is that the EEOC when presented with my evidence provided no indication that they had even looked at my evidence.
