We The People Demand Medicare Changes

Disability laws state that a person who is declared disabled, must be disabled 24 months before said person is Medicare eligible. If you are disabled, medical bills are inevitable so why can't the disabled receive Medicare from the date they are declared disabled? Social Security has up to 6 months to make a decision as to whether you are disabled or not so once the decision has been made, Medicare should be an available option. Every paycheck Americans get, they pay into Medicare. It's one of your rights that have been taken away. Social Security should not be allowed to take 6 months to make a decision as to your health needs either for that matter. The system is not for the working American and needs to be changed.
