"Demand the Closure of The Tea Cup, Now!"

The Tea Cup Restaurant and Bar, which has been in operation at the Greens, St. Paul's, Grenada for about three (3) years, has become a haven for criminal activities within the community, drugs, fighting and now murders.

Since the establishment of The Tea Cup, there has been a significant increase in the number of persons consuming alcohol in this area, an increase in the number of youths becoming addicted to illegal substances and using marijuana in open view, and most concerning, there has been increasing number of violent altercations that occur on a weekly basis.

We, the residents of St. Paul's are of the firm opinion that immediate action ought to be taken to address those issues before the situation gets completely out of hand. We have joined together to demand the immediate and permanent closure of The Tea Cup Restaurant and Bar. Enough is enough!
