NO More Prison Food for Students!

Students in grades K-12 in Indiana and all of the U.S. are being served a breakfast and lunch that resemble something less than prison food. Children aren't recieving enough essential macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This is especially a problem because young students that are deficient in any of these important nutrients from their diet won't preform as efficiently in the classroom. Behavior along with physical and mental growth are all tied in with the diet of students. Students need healthier food. State funding from the state of Indiana will have to grant money to support changes among the meals that are served to students, fresher frood with more nutrients. Non to mention 1/3 of the united states ages 6-19 is obese.
