Tell Barnes and Noble to care about kids with autism

I bought 2 nooks for my son's who have autism.  I was told that the warranty would cover all damages up to 3 times in a 2 year period.  However after the first replacement (which were refurbished) they become broken again and I went to replace them once again and was told I only get one time. Only the screen on one was a little cracked but it wouldn't turn on the other one was a little worse but was working. I was more concerned about the one that my son could not use at all. I do not have a lot of money and thought it would be nice since both my son's have shown get improvement with using tablets. I am sad that my son only has a paperweight now. Tell Barnes and Noble on Broadway in Tucson, az that this isn't fair. And tell the cooperate office it isn't fair for them to do nothing. They are lying to people and leaving them with just broken devices.
