Ban the Credit Check For Hiring Procudures

    Companies are using standard credit checks to eview a canidate's credit score. Credit scores do NOT represent the person under investigation. Everyone has had issues. Some more than others. This procedure is designed to eliminate potential employees from being hired. This is known as "The Poverty Trap."
    Credit scores do not represent the persion, only situations. There are no explainations, research of process to change the problem nor does it show how hard a person works. It is a number based on financial situations. I propose a ban on this procedure due to eliminating the opportunities for lower income people to get a better job in which they could build a better credit score.
    Ban the credit check. Hire based on work history and the personality of the person.
