Demand Annual Cost of Living Minimum 5% Pay Raise for State Employees

The last Oklahoma State employee payraise 4% was voted in 2005, began in July 2006.
No state employee payraise the past 7 years resulted in most to work additional part time jobs,
taking jobs from other Okalhomans. 
The 2013 price of gasoline is 4 times more than in 2006; auto purchase prices have increased.
The 2013 prices of milk, eggs, fruits,veges, all food have at least doubled since 2006.
The 2013 costs for housing and electricity have increased as much as 30-40% since 2006.
