Justice for a puppy kicked to death by a jogger in Freiburg/South Germany

I just heard in the radio news that a jogger in Freiburg, about 100 miles from my hometown in South Germany, has kicked a puppy to death just because the little dog ran behind him, the puppy didn´t harm the jogger at all, I want justice for the poor fur baby, the owner had tried to call the puppy back, but when he or she finally arrived the pup couldn´t be saved anymore, it was too late!!!
