Help me get my Pokemon Go Account back

After working for tireless hours in order to reach Level 40 on Niantic's game Pokémon Go, I lost all my hard work because of a stalker who claimed to have bribed someone at Niantic to shut down my account. They ignored my attempts to contact them and explain the situation. After many tries, I still haven't had any success. The fact that Niantic allowed this situation to happen under their watch and has ignored a loyal player who has drummed up a lot of attention to their game, it's unfair that they should be punishing the players that love this game the most!
