No Nightly Rentals in our neighborhoods

We, the undersigned, are against nightly rentals in our local Ocean Shores, WA.. neighborhoods. We believe that nightly rentals will have a negative impact on our community, that nightly rentals will not generate sufficient revenue to the city, that nightly rentals cannot be properly policed to keep our neighborhoods and its citizens safe and will deter business from our local established commercial hotel businesses.
