The Issue: With the present worker’s comp laws, insurance companies have more rights and are able to appeal claims over and over again and in many cases have no financial support while the injured worker goes without proper medical attention. The procedure can take months, even years, which could be harmful in for our injured workers and their families.
The Answer: By putting extreme pressure on lawmakers and congress to make changes to the present worker’s comp laws, we can possibly help them to see the significance of making changes to the laws and help worker’s get the medical attention and support they really need to recover.
