Protect our property values, community harnony, schools, and families. The land proposed for re-zoning from singlee family to multi-family would put even more stress on a flood zone that has had drainage problems in the past. Multi-family units do not fit in well with the current rural area. Current home owner feel hostile towards the apartments, thus creating disharmony in the community. Traffic  routes to  the schools are already congested, and our schools are dealing with larger class sizes and smaller budgets at the present.
