The ever rising problem of the homeless in 0as o county Florida. Our solution,to be given a sanctioned part of land. Where we could have a safe starting point. How can we ever get a decent second chance with nowhere to begin from. The compound could be ran by the homeless on a peer elected basis. Complete with mayor treasurer and all.....To be able to live at the compound. You would have to work at the compound. Daily upkeep and maintenance. I have plenty of more ideas for bettering our community and homeless population. We just need a "safe starting point". Then who knows what together we could achieve.
