please help my husband for his own safety and well being

My husband was recently stabbed in jail and we dont know why. It seems like he is the one being punished for it. From the way the jail has been me and his family are worried that he isn't getting the right care that is needed and all we are trying to do is get him transferred out of that jail and to one in Wales.... We don't seem to be getting any answers from any staff so I thought I would take it into my own hands. My husband is a born again Christian and the offence he is in for happened long before he changed his life around... No one deserves to be treated like this, all this happened just after a hole day of being in there and he didn't know anyone in there at all. Please help us get him closer to us for his own safety and for his health.
