Change schools to be funded by the collective city taxes rather than neighborhood taxes.

For decades, neighborhoods have been divided through race. African-American neighborhoods have been predominantly put at a disadvantage as, because they have been discriminated against institutionally, they have not been as socio-economically prosperous. This petition works towards having schools in a city be funded by the collective city taxes rather than by neighborhood taxes. This would create an equal playing field for all and help towards providing equal educational opportunities for all, regardless of race or ethnicity.
