Classify in game Gambling

Today, in-game loot boxes are seen as a harmless and fun way to potentially win digital in game content, but games like overwatch classify this feature as non gambling. This feature is the definition of gambling as no real reward is promised, only a chance of a reward. This feature should be considered gambling by the ESRB and should have labels to warn parents about these features.
