Demand an end to flashing lights that are very fast flashing for epilepsy victims!

My husband smackednhisnhead when he was younger so bad it cause him to have seizures for the rest if his life... you know what triggers them??? Flashing lights..... I'm not petitioning to have all flashing lights be banned I just need the very fast lights to be banned to the ones who have seizures when seen... it's not fair to them that they can't see them or can't enjoy something everyone else can because the flash is to fast..
