After An Argument, He Ran Over His Own Dog and Shot His Girlfriend's Brother's Dog to Death

A man in Albuquerque, New Mexico has apparently killed two dogs after arguing with his girlfriend's family. Even worse, multiple people have accused him of violence and abuse over the past 10 years. In fact, only 4 years ago, he was convicted after he shot a gun at someone.

In order to keep the larger community safe, this man clearly needs intensive psychiatric help to address his long history of violence. Nothing else seems to be working, so it's time for intensive mental health services. Sign the petition!

In August 2025, the man apparently couldn't contain his rage after an argument over whether or not he'd been mistreating his girlfriend. In an outburst, he lunged at Cinderella, a dog belonging to his girlfriend's brother. He gripped poor Cinderella the pup by her neck, held her up, and shot her. Then he sped away in his car. In the process, he ran over his own dog.

After driving partway down the street, he stopped the car, then shot a gun out his window eight times. Luckily, he missed. But the two dogs were still so badly wounded, they ended up passing away.

This man's behavior clearly shows the connection between animal abuse and other types of cruelty. He's already been jailed in the past for his violent history, but that obviously didn't address his underlying motivations for this kind of assault.

Sign the petition to demand immediate and intensive psychiatric services for this man, in order to keep people and animals safe!
