Just within two weeks, the house at 5018 Ditman St. has become a rooming house with 12-17 men residing. The Neighbors of Frankford (Southeast) Haworth St., Glenloch St, and Ditman Street are concern about the men that live inside. These men have been noted to beg for cigarettes as neighbors are sitting outside on their porch. The residents have not been made aware of the purchase of the property, the intentions to placed a rooming house in the vicinity of families, schools, daycares, and two playgrounds.
