Demand Sony to participate in cross-platform

Hello. I play minecraft and it has come to my attention that the reason we dont have the bedrock (better together) version of minecraft is because Sony doesn't want to participate in cross-platform. That FORCES us the players/ buyers also to not be able to play cross-platform. Since when does a company decide for its audiance what we can and cannot do? We are the consumers if we all decided to go and buy an xbox one or a one x where does that leave Sony? We the consumers to stand against this corporate giant and demand to be heard!
