Justice for Savannah Dietrich!

Savannah Dietrich was sexually assaulted, and named her assailants after they were convicted. Now she's facing jail time for violating a gag order about the case. Tell Judge McDonald that speaking out about sexual abuse should not be a crime.

Dear Judge McDonald,

We ask that you do not find Savannah Dietrich guilty of contempt of court, and that you lift the gag order preventing her from discussing her sexual assault. Her assailants, while juveniles, pleaded guilty to attacking her, and shared the video of themselves assaulting her with others. Dietrich has the First Amendment right to discuss her own assault, and the right to name her assailants, so long as she does not libel them. In the interest of liberty and justice, please do not punish Dietrich.
