Save Social Security and Medicare

All imported products are produced in countries that do NOT pay into our Social Security and Medicare programs. We should charge a 5% fee on everything that is imported, exception raw materials we do not have adequate supply or cannot make here. (Example bananas) Materials that are partially produced in the US would have that % deducted from the fee.
100% of the 5% fee would go to the SSA/Medicare programs to keep them solvent.
