I demand an end to fitting and trying on of bra and underwear in clothes stores

I went to a store in toronto to purchase a bra and in the bra section i found this woman coming from fitting rooms with an off the package bra in her hand and put the opened bra back in the box and disappeared with another one, He companion was doing the same with with underwear. I was so shocked and alarmed and i went to the tellers desk and asked if i could speak with their manager. When the manager arrived, she explained to me that it was the customers' rights to try them on.My question is , how do we prevent STI and Cancer to name just a few.
