STOP RNA Policy!!! Say "NO" to new Rules, Regulations and Fines!!

The Board of Rancho Navarro has proposed a new policy of rules and fines that are excessively stringent and complex.  The considerable authority this policy would  grant to the volunteer board opens the door for abuse and would give great power to one neighbor over another that will inevitably result in conflict.  Enforcement of these proposed rules and fines would be completely subjective and difficult to validate.  We believe these matters are best regulated by county and state agencies with the appropriate expertise. Allowing the board the jurisdiction outlined in this policy creates undue onus to board members and is an overreach of board responsibilities as outlined in our CC&R's.   For this and other reasons this policy is not consistent with our CC & R's nor with the rural nature of Rancho Navarro.  In addition, the negative impact this strict policy would have on our resale values would be dramatic. Please help us protect our property values, our right to work from our homes, and the rural nature of our culture.
