Stop discrimination at hospitals and medical care facilities regarding smokers.

Many or most hospitals will not hire people who smoke cigarettes. This is a problem nationwide and stops people with experience from getting interviews or jobs. This is discrimination in the highest form.
Most people who smoke would live to quit but its not a reason to be less hireable.
I am a Phlebotomist with 26 years of experience in hospitals. I cannot even get an interview. It is actually on some applications and they do blood tests for it.
I do not do drugs or even drink but can't find a job.
My goal is to stop this hiring practice as it is discriminatory and against my human rights.
