Justin Trudeau, during the first half of his two year term, has caused a $150 million trade deficit, there has been no change to Government transparency (which was one of his promises), is putting more of the taxpayer's dollars into supporting immigrants when we can't even support our own homeless population, has made no proposal to electoral reform (another promise), despite the promise of easy access to Education for veterans, there is still the 10-year restriction applied to those that have been discharged prior to 2006. Furthermore, those that are in active service that are looking for an education after discharge will not have their application processed until AFTER they're discharged, even if there is an opportunity for it to be processed. As for those already living in Canada, the tax rates are going up because the Government deems it necessary in order to support the deficit that they are putting us in. This makes it even harder for lower to middle class families to support themselves. On top of this, the Trudeau Government has gotten rid of various tax credits that helped ease the burden prior. Furthermore, the salaries for members of Parliament has gone up 1.4 percent. They already have six-figure salaries, and that money would be better spent building homeless shelters and soup kitchens.
If the vote of non-confidence passes, there will be an election in which there will be a much better-suited candidate for the position.
