Petition to change In-use street-lights to LED Street Lights

After researching for some time, I've found that HPS, High pressure Sodium, lights are inadequate for the future of Collin County. I propose we invest in switching these street lights over to LED street lights, which will provide a more cost efficient, longer lasting, and adjustable benefit for the general welfare of the county.
