Wasting Trees

I recently purchased a 2015 from GM. what followed was duplicates of the same letter on the same day about my account that was set up to pay off the loan. I called and spoke to a representative inquiring about setting up Ebill. so there wld be less paper expended. I was told that there was no ebill program nor was there any intention to create one. Apparently, the billing process is to continue to remain in the dark ages rather than modernize their system. What a WASTE of TREES!!! They need to correct this Wastefulness NOW!!!
