We Texans wish to end dog fighting NOWThis letter is being sent to every Texas State Senator and Representative
We are searching for any one in our state capitol, who has the heart to sponsor a bill,which would create a state fund, to award anyone $10,000 for giving information as to the whereabouts of a dogfight. If the information leads to conviction, they are given the $10,000.00.
We must make reporting a dog fight more profitable than participating in one.We can maintain the fund at $100,000.00 at all times.
The funds can come from donations from anyone.
Would you please author such a bill, PLEASE!
