HELP BRING LOKI'S KILLER TO JUSTICE!

On February 4, 2011 at approximately 2:45 p.m. PST in Winnetka, CA, Loki, a six month old happy, curious puppy, escaped from his owner's patio and went into the street. He was struck and killed in a hit and run accident by a woman driving a green Chevrolet SUV. She was going 15 miles over the speed limit in a heavily populated residential neighborhood and never attempted to stop before or after running over poor Loki. This sweet puppy did not run in front of traffic. He was stopped as his owner was calling and on her way to get him when the speeding car approached him, running him over without attempting to swerve or stop. We believe Loki was murdered by this heartless hit and run driver and feel she should be brought to justice before she harms another animal, or possibly next time a child. We are hoping to gain 1000 signatures to take before the Winnetka Police Department so that someone will be forced to take this seriously and bring Loki's murderer to justice before another innocent animal, or person, is killed.
