Prosecute New Zealand Police

The People of New Zealand recognize the injustice and criminal actions of Police Officers involved in the eviction of Occupy Movement locations throughout Auckland this 23rd Day of January 2012.

These actions of fraud and impersonation from a public servant is unacceptable.
A definition of each of these actions has been provided below for your reference.

1. In criminal law, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. Fraud is a crime, and also a civil law violation.
2. An impersonator is someone who imitates or copies the behavior or actions of another.
Police Officers are duty bound to uphold the governing laws of a country.

The actions today by the "Police Officers" who are now under investigation are of criminal nature.
We the People of New Zealand request the law to be upheld. We request the officers who wore badge id number Z557 on the day and event in question be prosecuted for criminal offences. We request the maximum punishable sentence under New Zealand Law to be served upon these officers who have violated the trust of the people and mislead the public by impersonating a police officer.
Hear our united voices! We are the people of New Zealand who seek justice.  less
