Say YES to PL 7199/2010: Brazilian animals need your help
This bill, called PL 7199, will be soon appreciated by the Brazilian Congress.If approved, it will bring considerable larger protection to domestic animals in Brazil, by establishing bigger legal penalties to animal abuse. It will also enable brazilian animal protection groups to fight for the end of animal experiments with a legal basis. To all members of the Brazilian Congress, Please vote favourably to PL 7199/2010.We, the undersigners of this petition state our clear and firm wish to improve animal rights in Brazil. We will not tolerate the approval of PL4548/98, to which this PL is ammended. Therefore, by saying YES to bill 7199/2010, we are at the same time saying NO to PL4548/98. We ask you to hear our claims by voting for the approval of PL 7199/2010 __ and against PL 4548/1998. Please take a stand for animal rights. We wish stronger laws of their behalf and harsher penalties for animal abuse, either in an individual way or related to animal research and experiments.Thank you
