Stop the mutilation of Live reptiles

We,the undersigned,request creation of legislation prohibiting the mutilation,display,and sale of mutilated reptiles,as evidenced to have occurred at 99 Ranch market,338 Barber lane,Milpitas,Ca.95035.Attatched to this petition is a video recorded in the meat/seafood department of the aforementioned store location.We declare this incident to be cruel and inhumane,and offensive.This also would seem to be in conflict with health and food safety laws within the state of California.
