We the undersigned wish to have Mike Fleenor step down from his job as commonwelths attorney for a few reasons.He never answers his phone calls and is always at lunch when I call.Courtney who answers his phone calls told me she doesn't think the rape case was ever looked at.This case was filed September 28, 2008 and happened on September 26,2008 but I didnt get any information from anyone including Courtney untill March 10,2011.I had previously tried to find out information on my case in 2009 and 2010 but Courtney told me she could not give out information because I was not the defendant and claimed when she looked up my name and the defendants name she couldn't find anything.Its now been three years and I was called and asked for my adress today april 21, 2011. After calling her on April 19,2011 and April 20,2011 and telling her that it looked like they were trying to cover this up. For theese reasons We all wish to have Mike Fleenor removed from his job as Virginias commonwealth's attorney.Thank you very much for taking the time to look over this.
