COUNTER PROPOSAL ON 5% CUT ON SALARY/DEMAND OF 10%INCREAMENT ON BASIC

i see this as anti union and hate approach. union had sacrificed  their 2013 wage reopner and many of its member had also been faced with redundancy. then freeze on overtime pays. this action is also confirm the employees suspicion that the company had been sold to a new management but indirectly the company had carefully avoided to pay off their workers but rather had hidden under the umbrella of down turn in buisness/reduction in oil price to lay off workers this issue had been since 2010 hence had nothing to do with change in oil price.
