SHUT DOWN BURGER KING ON DEZAVALA IN SA,TX

This place always gets orders wrong and the way management handles it when you tell them they messed up. They tell you to “calm down!” I will not stand for this horrendous customer service and poor quality of food. The whole franchise should be shut down. They always advertise all the food as a Grade A product, but can they deliver? NOPE! We need to put this establishment out of business or at least get better management. Burger King you need to step your game up or just go home. Because this is just ridiculous. Get it together Burger King. Be cautious of who you hire to run your stores - they will drive your customers away. That’s all.
