Digital Privacy Addendum - Destory Hacker's Paradise

There is a need for the government to keep an open backdoor policy with Microsoft. Today what is needed is a new backdoor policy to exclude Hackers. Microsoft is petitioned to create a registry within the main registry which will protect the features to update, feedback and error report. Microsoft and the government agency will meet and conceive of a backdoor policy which allows the government to monitor criminals and terrorists yet keep the common people's computers safe from Hackers. Hacker's have created a comprehensive program to steal identity information and punish. There is a feature called "Count" and that alone makes anyone who tries to fix and repair open to their punishment the next time a count is taken. Bullguard and Malewarebytes, Kaspersky by their methods are rendered useless (scramble scan info, no repair and no reboot are general registry instructions). If the Hackers can see registry tampering through remote viewing, locks are placed for no deletion instruction on registry keys.
