Please HELP us to open cat's shelter in the city of Nis, Serbia

There are too many cats and kittens suffering on the streets of the city of Nis, Serbia. Some basic and rough information’s are that there are several thousands of cats. These cats don’t have basic care, veterinary protection, shelter, food and water. City of Nis also don’t have organized shelter for cats, so we have initiated an idea and project proposal for cats shelter opening in the city of Nis. We are looking for some basic support - know how, financial, technical, administrative, etc
