Please sign this petition to help us gain a parol hearing, and ultimately parole, for Charlotte Ann Mignot!
Charlotte has been in prison since 1997. She has been incarcerated for 15 years at Mabel Bassett Correctional Center after being convicted of the 1996 murder of her husband. Her family has remained involved throughout her sentence. Her elderly mother, two daughters (who were witnesses to the murder), and several other family members visit as often as possible.
Throughout her incarceration she has exibited good behavior, and has maintained a high level of privilages. She has been involved in teaching and tutoring other inmates so they can test for their GEDs. She is currently tutoring in a program to improve cognition in inmates with deficits. She has been very successful in this program, and upon release, has been offered a position with this company.
We believe she has served her time, and deserves to be granted parole. Please sign this petition and help us gain her freedom. We need her home! Thank you for your support!
