Fathers Are Capable Too (F.A.C.T)

The Indiana "justice system" favors mothers in most court cases regardless of the father's rights and capabilities. My children have been with their mother out of state for two years. I've had no visits in that time. Lost any kind of contact for nine months. She never notified the courts (or me) of any relocation. (Between five and eight known relocations in two years.) We go to court and I get phone time reduced and any travel to see them for my visits is at MY expense. Not even half and half. I have no criminal history. No history of any kind. I work as an aide in a nursing home and have for six years. In this hearing where I had done nothing wrong except file contempt, I get punished for HER wrongdoings. Thank you, Indiana.

Not only for fathers. But mothers that know and understand that a father's role is important in a child's life.
