Give Cyberworld a Blu-ray release.

In the year 2000, IMax released a short CG film called Cyberworld. It was the first CG film to be presented in 3D by IMax & Intel. The film showcased several different CG segments including clips from Dreamworks "Antz" and "Homer(3)" from the Simpsons. The film was directed by Colin Davies who also did "Beast Wars" and co-directed by Elaine Despins who was a storyboard artist for the "Sniz & Fondue" segments from "KaBlam!". Excluding the Simpsons & Antz cast, the film features the voice talents of Dave Foley(Flik from A Bugs Life), Matt Frewer(90s Pink Panther), Robert Smith, & Jenna Elfman.

The film was released on VHS & DVD after its release at IMax theaters only. Some years later, the VHS & DVD editions of the film went out of print and have since been gone from all online shopping markets. No copies of the VHS & DVD of the film are known to exsist and IMax has no intentions to re-release the film on DVD again or give it a Blu-ray treatment. Which is why I made this petition to spread word on the importance of this film and try to save it from being forever lost in time. This film was made before CG became more commonly used in the media today and serves as a time capsule to how much has changed in CG animation technology for the past 14 years. It'll also be great for younger generations to check out as well as animation & film fans alike. It even has potential to be preserved in the Nation Film Registry. So if you could kindly participate for this petition I would highly appreciate.

Here are 10,000 signatures for a Blu-ray of Cyberworld.
